• "Listing" refers to any advertisement or item posted for sale on the Website.
• "Content" refers to all text, images, photos, videos, and other materials uploaded to the Website.
• "Service" refers to the classifieds platform and all related features provided by the Website.

To access certain features of the Website, including posting listings, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or contain misleading or fraudulent information.

When creating a listing on the Website, Sellers must adhere to the following rules:

• All listings must accurately describe the item being sold, including its condition, features, and any defects.
• Prices must be clearly stated and in the applicable currency.
• Images must be of the actual item being sold and must not be misleading.
• Each listing should be for a single item or a clearly defined bundle/package.
• Duplicate listings for the same item are prohibited.
• Listings must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.

Prohibited items include but are not limited to: weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property, hazardous materials, adult content, and any items illegal in the applicable jurisdiction.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Posting false, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content.
• Engaging in any form of spam, phishing, or scamming activities.
• Using automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the Website.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Website's servers or networks.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other Users.
• Posting content that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive.
• Infringing upon intellectual property rights of others.
• Circumventing any security measures or access controls.

Buy-Sell Classifieds serves as a platform to connect Buyers and Sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users. Please note:

• All transactions are conducted directly between the Buyer and the Seller.
• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.
• We do not guarantee the truthfulness or accuracy of listings.
• We do not guarantee that a Seller or Buyer will complete a transaction.
• Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into transactions.
• We recommend meeting in safe, public locations for in-person transactions.
• Users are responsible for complying with tax obligations related to their transactions.

Basic listing services on Buy-Sell Classifieds are currently provided free of charge. However, we reserve the right to introduce fees for premium features, promoted listings, or other services in the future. Any fee changes will be communicated to Users in advance through:

• Email notifications to registered users.
• Prominent notices on the Website.
• Updates to these Terms and Conditions.

If fees are introduced, you will have the option to accept the new terms or discontinue use of the paid features.

By posting Content on the Website, you retain ownership of your Content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the Content in connection with the Service. This license continues even if you delete your Content or account, to the extent your Content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the Content you post.
• Your Content does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Your Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other Users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Website will immediately cease.
• We may delete your account and all associated content.
• Any outstanding obligations or liabilities shall survive termination.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your profile settings.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved as follows:

1. Negotiation: The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute informally for a period of at least thirty (30) days.
2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, the parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed-upon mediator.
3. Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Factory Store Inc. operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
